somatic experiencing® is a body based modality meant to help you connect more deeply with your ability to understand your sensations and feelings. it helps you find resourcing and places of stabilization in your own system. which in turn helps gives you guidance and direction as to what you need to navigated life’s twists and turns.
trauma sensitive yoga (tsy)
trauma sensitive yoga sessions are designed specifically to support, regulate, and provide a safe space for healing. you will be in total control of your experience. using yoga, movement, and your own ability to choose what is right for your system tsy is a powerful technique for self exploration, empowerment, and understanding.

because of my background in clinical mental health i am able to provide a well rounded perspective and container for the thoughts that arise in session. our sessions will not be clinically therapeutic however they will help identify blocks and spaces of disruption that are hindering you from reaching your full potential.
SOUL
each person has a unique soul that has a voice, a mission, and a purpose. uncovering your true essence through a variety of resources and tools such as nature exploration, tarot readings, and mindfulness practices can remove the layers of fear that prevent you from being fully you. this can expose the true beauty and energy you posses allowing you to live with full vitality.
