A 3-Week Virtual Workshop Series 

 

This virtual three week series will help you expand your awareness of the sensations in your physical body and deepen your understanding of how those sensations relate to your emotional experience. In releasing the feelings of shame and judgement around having certain emotions or experiences you may find a new relationship to who you are and what you feel. This practice of connecting the mind and body (soma) will allow you to more freely trust your intuitive wisdom and develop a greater sense of self. Finding the holistic self (mind, body & soul) unified will allow you to feel less constricted, farther from the control of fear, and more embodied. How might you expand if all of the parts of you were in harmony?

 
 

What you may gain:

  • You will cultivate an ability to identify and develop a safe relationship to the sensations in your physical body.

  • You will be able to connect physical sensations to emotional wisdom and understanding.

  • A deeper awareness of your daily experiences. what they mean, and how this understanding can help you live more empowered and in greater alignment.

  • A release from shame and judgement regarding your experiences.

  • 3 Live Group Sessions full of guided practices, support, and connection.
