In these sessions we will build a deeper level of connection and understanding to your own body and the sensations that you experience. Having a greater awareness of your soma (body) can support you in living a life that feels whole and empowered. We will utilize Somatic Experiencing & somatic practices to develop your ability to navigate your life with greater awareness. Becoming more attuned to your intuition, we can utilize your body as a guide to open you up to a greater sense of self. Through somatic education and self discovery you will be able to find yourself more aligned and more empowered in your daily life.


Trauma sensitive yoga Sessions

Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TSY) is a way to become connected or reconnected to your own body in a safe and gentle way. Exploring choice & decision for what you need can begin in the body and move itself into the other spaces in your life leaving you feeling more present. Many experiences can pull us away from our power and our ability to feel control. Using yoga forms and breath we can slowly work to create a space of stability in the body that will support your sense of safety and control. These movement based sessions develop greater awareness of self, your body, and your power.
